Here at New Generation Publishing, we want to ensure that all authors receiving the best possible service for the publication of their work. However, we know that there are many companies that offer to read your manuscript, will then tell you that your manuscript has been accepted on merit before asking you to pay several thousand pounds towards the cost of publication.
Please be assured that these companies will always accept your manuscript regardless as they are most interested in eliciting money from aspiring writers…
Over the past few months we have investigated many of these companies and have sent them manuscripts of varying quality and guess what? They accepted them all!
We then went one step further and sent them Bram Stokers Dracula and Jerome K. Jerome’s Three Men in a Boat, and guess what? They said they had read them and accepted them for publication!
We are now considering what to do with our findings to highlight what these companies are doing and we speak to dozens of authors who have fallen for this trick. Sadly, many end up not just out of pocket but also very embarrassed.
If any publisher tells you that they have read your manuscript and accepted it for publication, they should be paying you, not charging you.
New Generation Publishing has now published over 7,000 books and we will never suggest that your manuscript has been read and accepted. After all, as should always be the case with self-publishing, the decision to publish is in the sole control of the author.
Our aim is to help you make the right decision in your publishing journey and help you make the right choice in the services you need in order to see you become a published author in any or all book formats. Finally, we will make sure that we work with a budget that works for you.
If you would like to have a chat or advice on the different publishing options available, or to discuss the publication of your work, our team would be very happy to speak with you!
