Written for both first-time buyers and seasoned investors, Godwin's book applies proven scientific and mathematical principles to help readers acquire property well below the market value, proving that there is a science to making money in property.

Godwin is the CEO at Menvo Limited, a property investment consultancy and boasts 13 years experience as a UK real estate practitioner as well as an extensive legal background through his work as a Barrister. He is also a certified Real Estate Agent in the state of Florida, USA and has vast international property experience in all aspects of buying and selling of repossessed Bank-owned properties.
