They can be of any age and may very well say, "I'm Fine How Are You": like the poem below.
Sleeplessness I have night after night,
And in the morning I'm just a sight,
My memory is failing, my head's in a spin
I'm peacefully living on aspirin
But I'm awfully well for the shape I am in.
It's better to say "I'm fine" with a grin
Than to let them know the shape I'm in.
Preferably when life is gentle read this book, then you will know what to do when life is not, and your emotions and feelings are getting you down. If you are already there and frightened and lost read this book and change.
