My poems are part of my journey. Each poem has its individual character but together they tell of my journeying. They are a reaching up to Father God from where I was, to where I was yearning to be. I longed to be a better person. There are also poems about my family about father, my mother, my wife my little Church and my very best friend. In reading them you can gain an insight into who I am and what makes me tick. But they also are a reaching out to you dear reader. I love to encourage others. Encouragement for me is so important, to give as well as to receive and in this little book your heart will be lifted. I guarantee it! These poems are a voice of my heart to yours. Kenny Austin.
